I'm currently considering my options for getting smaller breasts. I'm 24 years old and UK size 32F. I'm really struggling with the effects of having large boobs, psychologically and physically. I know that cost shouldn't be a driving factor, but as i'm in the UK, surgery isn't covered by insurance I will be funding it personally. I plan on going for some consultations once the pandemic situation eases but in the mean time i'm looking for some advice and options from professionals.
Answer: Bellesoma Breast Reduction Unfortunately, you have not provided any photographs. There are not any non-surgical breast reductions. The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reduce and reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. The weight of the breast is transferred to the underlying pectoralis major muscle resulting in pain relief without excessive reduction. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Another alternative is liposuction of the breasts to reduce the volume but this would require surgery.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: #breastreduction with #PlasticSurgery There are no non-surgical options to reduce breasts! Minimally invasive techniques involve carrying out liposuction of excess fat in the subcutaneous tissue in the breasts. This would however only help achieving a slight reduction and will lead to loose skin envelope and droopy breasts that would look worse than what you have. Your best option would be to have a routine surgical breast reduction procedure, which not only reduces the volume of the breasts and gets rid of excess skin, but also gives the breasts a better shape, uplifts them and helps reduce the size of the areola. For optimal outcome, please consult a fully qualified plastic surgeon, who has specialist qualification in plastic surgery 'FRCS Plast' after having being trained adequately in the field of plastic surgery, is registered on the 'Specialist register for Plastic surgery' with the General Medical Council and has been considered competent enough to be a member of the 'BAPRAS' (British Association of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons) and 'BAAPS' (British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons) at the least.

Answer: Breast reduction Dear ambslolx, breast reduction is best suited for women who wish to decrease the size of their breasts. While there are different techniques used to perform this surgery, I prefer the vertical incision (lollipop pattern) breast reduction technique instead of the anchor scar pattern, which reduces more noticeable scarring than usual. I also use a SAFE liposuction technique to reduce additional fat around the stubborn axilla area and bra line. This way, my patients are achieving beautiful results with minimal incisions which reduces downtime and delivers an overall better breast shape long term.If you are considering breast reduction surgery, you should consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options and make sure your surgeon understands your goals. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Options for non surgical reduction? Hello and thank you for your question . There really is not other way to reduce your breasts other then a reduction. Insurance typically doesn't cover reductions even here in the states.
