Hello and thank you for your question and photo's.  Have you lost a lot of weight?  Pre surgery pics to compare would help , however, you need another lift and I recommend an implant to give you upper pole fullness.

Have you lost any weight since your reduction?  You have excess skin and hyper-pigmented (increased color) and areas of hypertrophic (thickened) scars.  These are not uncommon skin healing issues especially in darker skin patients.  The breasts can be revised.  Removing more skin and re-suturing your scars will certainly change the shape and appearance of your breasts, but there is no guarantee that the scars will not hyper-pigment or thicken again.  The nerve issues of the one nipple would have to be evaluated in an in office consultations.Best of luck.Dr T

If you don’t have your formal before and after pictures then contact your plastic surgeon and ask him or her to forward them to you.
Well your surgery could’ve been done with a bit more finesse part of the disfigurement appears to be how are you individually heal with hyperpigmentation.
This should be discussed at length during any new consultation. Steps can be taken to minimize hyperpigmentation but you are at risk for developing hyperpigmentation with any new surgery. The way patients heal often has a little to do with the surgeons skill or experience.
I do think there is room for improvement and your outcome could be improved substantially with a revision.
your breasts look quite deflated which makes me wonder if you’ve had substantial weight loss in the past.
Breast reductions have one of the highest overall patient satisfaction rates but is a procedure that does also has a higher complication rate than other  plastic surgery procedures.

Sorry for your problem but a full examination in the context of Preop  photos and an operative note is really needed.   So get your records and photos and go on some consultations with experts and compare recommendations Dr Corbin
