I'm 5'8 155lbs and extremely athletic with a barrel chest, about a full A cup now, I would like to have full C to small D size breasts, would 600cc implants be too big or make it hard for me to run?
Answer: Implant sizing Your surgeon will discuss your goals and take measurements of your body (eg breast width, chest circumference, height, etc). Based on this info, they’ll recommend a range of sizes that may achieve your goals and accommodate your lifestyle. It’s a good idea to bring a bra in the size you’d like to be to your consultation, so you can “try on” implants in your desired sizes. At that time, you can see whether 600 cc looks good to you, and you can also try moving around with them to get a general understanding of how they’ll feel.

Answer: Implants I do not recommend 600 cc's for runners, especially in women who do long distance. With that weight, your breasts will thin and sag more quickly and will be heavy on your neck and shoulders. I would suggest meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon, being examined, and trying on a range of sizes to see how they feel and look.

Answer: 600 CC implants a good size for my frame? The general description is 125-150 cc equals about a cup size increase. Going to 600 cc may overshoot what you are looking to achieve. As always, be sure to research who performs your surgery to ensure the best likelihood of a positive result.

Answer: 600 CC implants Many factors determine the ideal size implant for a person. To do this properly and accurately requires a formal consultation and physical examination. I would expect that a 600cc implant would likely take you beyond your stated bra size goals and the weight would physically compromise your running.

Answer: Too big? Sizing patients is actually pretty easy in person but really hard to do on the internet. I rarely place implants that large but not to say it is impossible. I’d recommend a board certified plastic surgeon in your area or nearby meet with you and discuss your goals etc. I have patients try on sizers and use a 3-d imaging system to show them the results. Using this method I have only had to resize someone 2 times in 10 years. Good luck
