Hi, I am a size 34 B, weight 133 and 5’3 and I feel that my chest is a little wide. I have tried on the sizers 400 cc, and 450cc. I think 400cc will be the best but at the same time I don’t want to regret the decision. My doctor said that is up to me so I should decide. Also, he might add a bigger size on my right breast so that is another reason I might decide on the smaller option. What do you recommend for my body frame?
Answer: Breasts If you cannot decide between 400 and 450 cc's, why don't you choose 425 cc's and splint the difference. I do recommend going under the muscle which gives nice upper breast fullness.

Answer: Deciding between 400 cc versus 425cc silicone gel implants under the muscle. What do you recommend for my body frame? Hi there, thank you for your question. I also think that you can get 450 cc implants as your chest is wide. But, if you want to keep the look natural, then you can choose 400 cc. Of course, the final choice is yours. Good luck!

Answer: Deciding between 400 cc versus 425cc silicone gel implants under the muscle. What do you recommend for my body frame? The size difference of 25 cc when talking about implants over 400 cc is minimal. If you feel like 400 cc is a bit small, go with the 425 cc and then other side to match. As always, be sure to research who performs your surgery to ensure the best likelihood of a positive result.

Answer: Choosing the right size breast implants for you. All the choices you mentioned are similar and good. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what size and style breast implant is right for them. You should also be aware that results of surgery can change in the future with significant weight change and/or stretching of skin from the milk of pregnancy. Answer: Implant size and type Dear Anaielk, breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small. You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals.
