I tried implants in today. Decided on 415 HP or 495 extra HP. He said that in order to get the 415 HP look he recommends 495, since a lot of women wish they'd gone bigger and size is lost once implant is inside. Based on my looking of boob job before and afters that number scares me. I'm scared that once my implants are in they will be looking huge/top heavy as the sizers in my pics. but also scared that if I choose the 415 they will lose too much volume and look too small once Inside.
Answer: Breast Augmentation - Will 495 extra full be too big? The bigger the implant ,the more consequences in terms of neck, back and shoulder pain. Your overall size depends on on how much existing breast tissue you have, skin thickness and the plane in which its placed - subglandular, submuscular or dual plane. You need to get a size that's aa fit for your frame, your goals and expectations. From what you say above, you may be better off with a 415 HP.

Answer: Breast Implants Greetings Dear Thank you for your question. I am sure with 415 or 495 both would be a good fit for you however 495cc might cause you to have some back pains.

Answer: Breasts The 415 is not a small implant and should look nice. If you want more, go with 495, or something in between.

Answer: Will 495 extra full be too big? Doctor recommends it There is quite a jump from 415 to 495. I prefer to use Crisalix software for my patients to help them visualize a final result with a number of different sizes. As always, be sure to research who performs your surgery to ensure the best likelihood of a positive result.

Answer: Will 495 extra full be too big? Doctor recommends it (Photo) Tall women with larger frames and broader chest, shoulders, and hips can often handle larger implants that would make smaller women's chests look overcrowded and heavy. None of the modalities to approximate final results from breast implants are 100% accurate; they merely facilitate the patient and the board certified PS concurring on the size and type of breast implant which will come the closest to reaching the patient's goal. My patients prefer to try on implant sizers under garments they typically wear (workout tops, bikini, tight sweater, low cut dress) to determine if they fit as expected and help allay some of their trepidation associated with this decision. I would recommend that you go with the size that boosts your self-esteem, and fits your anatomy. A very general estimate is that one cup size is 150 to 200 cc of volume, but realize that no direct correlation exists between the two. It's unlikely that you will notice a difference in increments less than 100.

Answer: Choosing the right size and profile breast implants for you After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what size and style breast implant is right for them. You should also be aware that results of surgery can change in the future with significant weight change and/or stretching of skin from the milk of pregnancy.
