Will 495 extra full be too big? Doctor recommends it (Photo)

I tried implants in today. Decided on 415 HP or 495 extra HP. He said that in order to get the 415 HP look he recommends 495, since a lot of women wish they'd gone bigger and size is lost once implant is inside. Based on my looking of boob job before and afters that number scares me. I'm scared that once my implants are in they will be looking huge/top heavy as the sizers in my pics. but also scared that if I choose the 415 they will lose too much volume and look too small once Inside.
