I’m almost 6 months post op and after 1 month post op i got sever stretch marks on both breasts... i was told to wait till they fade. But is this an error from the plastic surgeon or a malpratice?

You will probably have more with pregnancy. I would continue to use scar products and consider micro-needling with radiofrequency to help minimize these marks.
