I am 50 and over the years the circular hollow next to my nose and under my orbital ligament has become prominent when I smile. Is this fixable with filler ? What injection points would be used ?

There are many fillers that can replace volume loss. Often, a combination of Radiesse, to the cheek or molar region and HA over it will lift and contour the cheek. Sculptra is an alternative which takes many weeks to build up and requires multiple sessions.
