I had filler done around the periorbital eye area roughly 3 years ago. I never had any issues with it.My left eye looks great. My right eye looks as if the filler shifted or dissolved? Directly under my outer eyelid, my tear trough appears slightlypuffier than my normal left smooth full tear trough. Closer to and under my tear duct, it appears hollow/empty. Its not fully smooth across my right tear trough as my left. I’ve tried cheek filler which solved the issue shortly. Please help!
