Preauricular volume loss: fat, Sculptra, Radiese or HA?

What is the best filler for volume loss (hollowness) in the preauricular area? One provider said since it is larger area, Sculptra is better than gulps of fat or HA as you cant get the area smooth with them. Isn't Sculptra unpredictable and at the end if the day you also get beads of collagen around the powder? Can someone talk about pros and cons of each option?
