I've had a genioplasty to reduce a strong chin and have plans for a rhinoplasty for a very subtle removal of a small hump/deviated septum but I'm not sure if that is the most helpful adjustment to help feminize or add structure to my side profile. It feels a bit flat, however I am unsure as to what could help and would love a suggestion on a starting point
