Cheek Filler or PRF query?

Probably a slightly odd question but I've noticed after my cheek filler that my hollows under my eyes have gone which is great no complaints when I asked the doctor why my under eye was more plump he actually said it's not any filler but the eye muscle. I guess I wanted to know has the cheek filler lifted the muscle or is it more plump from PRP injections...I only ever get a very small amount of filler 1ML (0.5 in each cheek) every 3-4 years but I've never noticed fullness before.
