Asymmetric armpit bad odor: what could be the possible cause?

All my life (25 years, male) I have general hyperhidrosis. But I never had any problems with bad odour. 1 year ago my left armpit starting producing very strong BO. Sometimes it starts in about 1 hour after thorough washing. Sometimes after about 5 hours. Smell could be easely noticed despite using of deodorant. Right armpit still producing almost no odour even after 10-15 hours of physical activity. Any options aside from Botex (or it will not help)? MiraDry is not certified in my country.

Superficial liposuction application he's very effective when treating hyperhidrosis of the armpits. Make sure you find a plastic surgeon who is well-versed with such a procedure. Good luck from New York City

Hi simons2012,
If you were a female, I would ask you to be checked for breast growth as Japanese scientists have studied this. If you are stressed, body odor can be strong and can also occur on one side - ditto with systemic diseases like diabetes etc. 
Botox will be effective in reducing sweat but may not totally eliminate body odor.
