I have some fat on my tummy and flanks , but also the skin has lost lots of elasticity from years of bad habits I am 46 , with healthy eating habits now and about 56-58 kg, 160 cm tall, at my heaviest about 66kg, that used to fluctuate through years, with most of the weight on my tummy:( I know best would be tummy tuck with lipo Q, would sculpsure and hifu give me similar results, can you do them together or in particular order, any other treatments that might be suitable?

Thank you for your question. SculpSure is a body contouring technique but not a weight loss technique. It is used to eliminate that remaining tough to lose stubborn fat. I suggest that you move forward and consult with a board certified facial plastic surgeon.

Hello and thank you for your question. The real answer depends on your current skin elasticity quality and the desired result you would like to achieve. It would be very difficult to answer without at least seeing a photograph. I have successfully treated and managed loose and cellulite skin in women around their knees with SculpSure and Ultherapy. We see some skin tightening on some of our SculpSure patients. In general, the studies do not show skin tightening as a consistent result of the SculpSure procedure. SculpSure is ideal for fat removal and body contouring. If skin tightening is the main desired result, you will want to look at other procedures.

SculpSure is a relatively new non-invasive laser treatment of unwanted fat. You can see up to 24% fat destruction with a single 25-minute treatment. Due to secondary heat production from the laser treatment, there is some skin tightening benefit. However, if there is excess loose skin, I would recommend adding Ulthera or radiofrequency treatments to see significant tightening benefit.

Without seeing you in person (or a photo), hard to say for certain but SculpSure is best for eliminating stubborn pockets of fat. It doesn't address loose skin. And without the fat, any loose skin will just look looser....
