Hi, I have been really insecure about my glute asymmetry for the longest time and have no idea what i should do. I would like to know if this could be fixed with exercise or is cosmetic surgery necessary. Thank You.

Butt implants are only available in silicone. Butt implants have an extremely high complication rate which is why most plastic surgeons do not do them. Based on your photos I'd suggest doing a butt lift with fat transfer. This will both improve the loose skin and add projection and volume.
