About 7 years ago , I had a bbl that created fibrosis on one butt cheek. Two years ago, after major weight loss, my doctor added volume to my butt with hyacorp. After I had the flu, many big hard lumps showed up on my butt. So I have both these issues. I need to have butt implants, I feel super insecure with my butt right now and I have not enough fat for bbl. Is there any way that the fibrosis can be adressed prior to surgery so I can have it with minimal risk?

Thank you for your question and photos. If the pictures you included are without implants, then I think you have a seroma. When implants are removed, the pocket can fill up with fluid. I would recommend you see your surgeon.
