Repeated labs for slightly elevated PTT with normal INR and PT. Will this impact my ability to have tummy tuck procedure?

I have scheduled my tummy tuck surgery for this Thursday and received a call today from my surgeons office requesting that I have a repeat PTT/PT/INR today, as my PTT level was 38.9 and the test range is 25.1-36.5. Both my INR and PT are normal at 1.0 and 11.6 respectively. I’ve been cleared by a hematologist who ran labs a couple of weeks ago, and my levels were in the normal range on labs from the end of June and last July . How likely is it that my surgery will be cancelled?
