Want upper lip to be fuller: what type of lip surgery would give the appearance of more volume? (photo)

I want my upper lip to be fuller, but I don't want to do injectables. I read somewhere that Amber Heard had a "V to Y lip augmentation" but can't find that procedure on any cosmetic center sites. So I'm wondering - is it called something else? Is there a different procedure that would give the appearance of more volume? I don't want to necessarily change the distance between my lips and nose, like the lip lift does. Thanks for your help!
