Can I do scar revision again or use Lip Filler for scar tissue inside lip? (photos)

I had an accident in June 2016 and I got scar tissue inside my lip. A year after that I had scar revision to remove scar tissue but the doctor made it even worse. Can I have scare revision for second time or use lip filler for the other side of my lip to make it even..?!
