While trying on sizers I fell in love with the 440cc. I originally told my PS I wanted to be a full D, small DD. He told me that 440cc will bring me to a C/small D. They felt and looked huge on me. Is my doctors post op guess conservative? Or is this an accurate assumption? My only other option is 500cc UHP Sientra.I did not like the look of the 400cc UHP I tried on. It projected to far. I do not want the fake round look. I want large, more natural looking breasts. 24 yo 5'2" 115lb 32B BWD:14

Answer: Breast Implants / Breast Augmentation/ Cohesive Gel Implants / Silicone Implants / Revision Breast Surgery I appreciate your question. It depends on your chest wall measurements and existing breast tissue as implant size does not accurately correlate to a bra size. It also depends on the brand and style of bra you wear as size varies from manufacturer to manufacturer. The best way to assess and give true advice would be an in-person exam. Please see a board-certified plastic surgeon that specializes in aesthetic and restorative breast surgery. Best of luck! Answer: Avoid the UHP if at all possible as they are reserved for those who just want big and fake with small frames, plus their impact on your tissue is detrimental with time.As for what cup size you will be, I never tell my patients what cup they will be and instead tell them that I am trying to create the look they had with certain sizers. And I always add 10% to the sizers my patients choose to provide that outcome as if you do not, you will be a little smaller than what you saw in the mirror.
