The primary reason to choose a highly cohesive form stable round implant is to achieve upper pole fullness.

Thank you for your question and I can see your area of concern with your left breast.  Depending on the style of implant used, smooth versus textured, I am not sure that your implant will drop any further.  Because of your right breast appearance, I think smooth implants were used...
