So far as I am aware, Sientra breast implants are currently not available in the U.S. due to a voluntary move on Sientra's part while they work out some issues with manufacturing. I do not know if this has extended to Canada as well. I would recommend calling a board-certified Plastic Surgeon in your area to find out.Best of luck to you!
Silimed voluntarily went off the market to spend time to test the implants against the anonymous complaints ( from whom everyone knows came from). The implants are safe. They will come back on the market with Sientra who also came off voluntarily. We can order implants on March 1. I think Sientra is for the USA and silimed is for all other countries.
