Im sched for surg , Nov 11th. Plan is for neck lipo, chin implant, fat graft to upper cheek. Disparity: male pattern baldness/shaved head, 100lbs wt lose (side note also having T.T.) Looking for last minute input b4 my preop appt. Have had multiple consults, so far this drs rational is most favorable. Looking for conformation or concerns to bring to the table. My biggest concern, will the lipo/implant be enough to take up the excess tissue to achieve the preferred profile I'm looking for.
