Like "Jumbo" shrimp, "Living" dead, and "Silent" scream, "non-surgical" vaginal tightening is more concept than reality...unless you've never had vaginal childbirth. If you've had vaginal childbirth, surgical vaginal tightening is the only thing that works - I've been performing these procedures since the 1990s and I've been a consultant to all of the companies that have been trying to create effective non-surgical solutions since they first came out in the mid-2010s - and nothing else works.

If you've never had vaginal childbirth and your pelvic exam reveals that your anatomy is totally normal, and the only finding is weak vaginal muscles, then pelvic floor physical therapy with/without HIFEM (high-intensity focused electromagnetic field therapy) is your best bet. RF, laser, HIFU, and anything else is a waste of your time and money. They are good for other issues, but not for this.

Thank you for your questionThere is no procedure that tightens the vagina. Only your muscles can cause tightening. The procedures you are referring to as vaginal rejuvenation will either narrow the vaginal canal or make it stiffer. Only the surgical narrowing actually narrows the canal. This is done best by a procedure called "site specific defect repair" which repairs defects in the underlying support tissue in the vagina. The RF and laser procedures do not narrow but both do the following: they increase blood supply and increase collagen(which is involved with she support and stiffness). This does not narrow but can give the sensation of narrowing due to the decreased elasticity or give. The shots may or may not improve sensation. If the choice is nonsurgical I prefer RF as laser works by making micro burns to achieve it's effects and RF only transmits heat .
