I am a female, 20 year old. Been noticing this bumps for 4 years now. Was scared to asked about it but not anymore now I wanna know what exactly is the bumps I have in the opening of my vagina.

Hello, as seen from the picture, it could be vestibular papillomatosis, but if these papillomas do not cause you pain, they do not require any treatment, they are not contagious, and they do not turn into cancer.
