Excluding the lateral tarsal strip procedure that I already know, which is the best and more effective canthoplasty to solve scleral show and sad eyes problem?? I don't speak about grafts/alloderm or other procedure but I'm speaking only about cantoplasthy and which is the best procedure of canthoplasty used in surgery for raise the lower eyelid and why. For example dynamics/static/bilateral etc(I know only the names of this procedures but I don't know) what are?? which is the best and why?

Canthoplasty could shorten your eyelid horizontally, but you will have to be examined first. You should consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon for a thorough evaluation of your condition.
It looks like you had eyelid lengthening procedure, not canthoplasty. The redness could be permanent since the redness relates to inside the lower eyelid exposure. Discuss with your surgeon. Skype consult available.
