After how long should I start seeing results on my arms after Laser Lipo? 1 month post-op.

Question

So I am 4 weeks post op. On my left arm I noticed a difference above my elbow right away, which makes my arm look awkward (upper part is still the same and lower part is smaller). The rest is unchanged. Is this normal after 4 weeks? I also had a bbl and butt implants so I sleep on my stomach all the time, maybe its related and my arms get swollen?

What feels like awkward or unevenness is most likely swelling. Four months post-op is still relatively early in the healing process if you had traditional or aggressive liposuction, so what you are experiencing is most likely normal healing.
I tell my patients to take a photo of themselves 1-day post procedure before the swelling begins - because that will be the results they can expect to see.
  
The swelling can remain for 2 - 3 months as the body will naturally drain the fluid through your lymphatic system and you will begin to see results and improvement.
  
It may be helpful for you to continue to wear your compression garment for a few additional weeks to help reduce swelling.
  
The best thing I can recommend for you is to schedule a follow-up appointment with the physician you treated with to confirm that your body is healing properly and that there are no underlying issues.
