You likely still have residual swelling and the areas of lumpiness can represent that or it can be areas where fibrosis starts.  I always recommend post operative lymphatic massages to help with lumpiness and help break up areas of lumpiness.  Patients also use non invasive RF devices to help out.
Try out all of these measures and give it some more time, it may be up to 6 months before you see your final results!

You may still have some swelling, which may last 3-6 months after your procedure. I recommend adding hyperbaric oxygen and lymphatic massage along with your compression to help decrease any swelling. To improve your final results, I also recommend adding vanquish for further fat removal, exilis/venus legacy for skin tightening, cellutone/z wave to make the skin smooth, remove scar tissue, and improve the skin’s appearance. Thank you for your question and posting your pictures. By this time (now 4 months out), if your lumpiness persists it is most likely due to fibrosis. Lymphatic massage by a therapist experienced in dealing with post-lipo patients and Z Wave treatments may still be helpful.
