How to get rid of fibrosis 7 months post laser lipo and where can I go in CA to receive treatment? (photo)

I had laser lipo 7 months ago and the physician who performed it says I have fibrosis and suggested ultrasound massage. I live in CA and he did my procedure out of the country in Medellin, Columbia. What do I need to make this go away and where can I go in CA?
