Hello, I hope that you are all doing fine. I had two rhinoplasties and my surgeons, for whatever reason, fixed everything perfectly except for my deviated septum. My bone sticks out from my right nostril and it looks visibly asymmetrical to the other one. I now have to get a Septoplasty but I just have to ask, could it be that they thought it wasn’t severe? Why didn’t they fix a visible deformity like my septal bone (or cartilage) sticking out? As a doctor, would you ignore it?
