Thank you for sharing your question and posting your photo. For this issue you need to be examined in person by an experienced oculoplastic surgeon. From the photograph it is difficult to determine the underlying condition. Good luck!

Difficult to tell from your photos but I don’t think a lateral canthoplasty is in your best interest. You need an in person consultation or better photos to determine the best course of action for your under eyes. Best to see an eyelid expert.

Before any surgical change, simulate the expected result with fine tipped cotton applicators in the mirror so you'll know what result to expect and so you agree with it before the procedure imposes a degree of permanence.
