4 liters is a lot, and if you think it won't be enough, you are probably a poor candidate for surgery. Most importantly, you are not a good candidate for liposuction without an abdominoplasty. You exhibit skin and muscle excess that cannot be addressed by liposuction alone, and will end up looking poorly regardless of how much fat was removed. Another issue that can only be determined by physical examination is the possibility of intra-abdominal fat excess, making both liposuction and a tummy tuck results unsatisfactory. You really need to visit a American Board of Plastic Surgery certified surgeon who is expert in body contouring. That surgeon would never just perform liposuction on you.
The safe and maximum amount that can be removed is 5 liters on an out-patient basis. 4 liters of fat corresponds to 8 lbs. This will make an improvement. However, your skin may hang after liposuction.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
Thank you for your question and photos. When your surgeon estimates 4 liters of fat removal, is that 4 liters of pure fat or 4 liters of fat plus supernatant (fluid that is suctioned out with the fat). Based on these photos, you can get a good improvement based on your surgeon's skills and technique used. As a Total Definer surgeon, I use the VASER liposuction technique with the PAL (power assist technique) to not just remove fat, but sculpt the areas 360 degrees. You do have a lot of back rolls, and these are difficult to correct by a less experienced surgeon. See a board certified plastic surgeon experienced in advanced body sculpting techniques for an in person consultation/evaluation. Remember, If it's not done correctly first time, the revision can be very difficult and challenging. Good luck.
Don't worry. If 4 liters of fat is what your doc estimates he/she will remove from your tummy, then that is a good amount and should make a big improvement.
Based on your post of photos without you posting your hide and weight to determine your BMI, I feel following the state guidelines here in Florida. The maximum amount of super, and fat allowed to be liposuction is 4 L in an office surgery setting. It appears you need more than 4 L and that should be done either in an outpatient setting at a hospital or an ambulatory surgery center. The fees with them be adjusted primarily to include this increased amount of liposuction. You also have excessive skin most likely will need a tummy tuck and possible back lift to virtual consult with so further understanding but at this point if you’re booked in a clinic as an outpatient Office surgery for leaders is the max amount that can be done legally. Good luck and again best of virtual consult with.

First, you do not have to worry about necrosis with Bodytite, but that's besides the point. The real issue is the surgical plan. It's all wrong. Liposuction and Bodytite will not help you. If you haven't already given the disreputable doctor who recommended this your money yet, then don't. You...
Your surgeon recommended, and I assume had you pay for, Morpheus treatments?? Morpheus only affects skin (dermis), and would have no effect on subcutaneous tissue, and your surgeon knows that. This is most unfortunate that you wasted money on that. You don't provide photos so you should probably...
