gall bladder removed over 20 years ago and I have a big scar on the right side of my stomach ( the new way is microscopic now!). I want to get lipo 360 with bodytite. Is that a problem for necrosis.

First, you do not have to worry about necrosis with Bodytite, but that's besides the point. The real issue is the surgical plan. It's all wrong. Liposuction and Bodytite will not help you. If you haven't already given the disreputable doctor who recommended this your money yet, then don't. You have inches of excess skin that can only be rectified by skin removal, i.e. a tummy tuck. Anything shy of this will virtually do nothing to change the appearance of your abdomen.

No, it would not.  However, liposuction by itself will not solve your problem.  You have too much excess skin.  You are a candidate for a tummy tuck.
