I had VGS surgery in 2017. My skin has been loose and flabby ever sincethe procedure. I cant wear swimsuits because I am so self conscious about it. Im currently 5'5 153 lbs. I probably didnt lose enough to begin with but it is what it is. My lowest was 145 after surgery. I waa 220 when i had the sleeve surgery. I will be 47 in a few months. Which pathway would be my best option. Lipo360 + skin tightening or a tummy tuck. Images included.

If you are not planning future pregnancies, I recommend abdominoplasty with mesh reinforcement. The mesh creates a more hourglass figure by compressing the abdominal wall resulting in early satiety and helps maintain a reduced weight.
