Back fat or loose skin? (Photo)

Excellent question! It is actually a little bit of both, just like the abdomen. These back rolls are partly loose skin and they will get smaller for sure with lipo, but how much smaller will depend on the quality of your skin and if there is any type of energy assisted lipo performed. The fact that you are only 24 means you probably have good collagen so this will help.
There is still no guarantee that energy assisted lipo will tighten your skin to the point of getting rid of your back rolls. The only procedure that gets rid of the back rolls completely is a back lift. This would leave a scar along the braw line and across your back… probably from side to side. That said, energy assisted lipo would give you the best results possible without the added scars! So, if this scar is not something you want there is no need to be afraid of loose back skin.

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

It looks like it’s a combo of excess fat and skin. The treatment is thorough liposculpting with an experienced plastic surgeon who really knows how to get at that area of the body. The younger the patient, the more the skin typically contracts. Due to unpredictability, I never promise full correction but with thar area tends to snap back reasonably well and the majority of parents are satisfied with the outcome.

It appears from your photograph that if you undergo Lipo 360 then your skin will most likely hang. You already have excess skin. Also, a mini tummy tuck will most likely be ineffective at correcting any excess skin in the front. You are more likely a candidate for a circumferential body lift.

With only one post a photo of your back and not your abdomen, my guess is you really need a full tummy tuck with liposuction and a back lift to get the best result possible fee ranges from $15-$30,000. Best of virtual consult with. My opinion is the backflip will not solve your problems since you have access.
