Over 1 year post op - still having swelling. How can I improve my results? (Photos)

Had a septorhinoplasty over a year ago and over the last few months have noticed more swelling at night and in the morning and also a small lump on the side of my nose. I had no problems at the start but now find My nose does not photograph well from the front. I went back to the surgeron who said all is fine as in person it doesnt look at bad. Please advise on potential solutions. The lump on one side makes my Nose look wider due to lack of definition. Also any advise in relation the swelling and how to help

Unfortunately, your photo is very limited. However, your nose does appear to be inclined to one side. You will probably need a rhinoplasty and septoplasty. Insurance may cover this. You will need documentation from a physician and a CT scan showing the deviation of the septum and fracture. ...
