I'm slightly guessing on the percentage but the doc was very aggressive with my septoplasty an e said he removed my vomer bone (I only had a slight deviation but he performed maxillary antrostomy. Is this why the vomer bone would be removed? H A recent MRI showed only a sliver of the back of the vomer remained. He was very aggressive and broke my nasal valve in the process and also reduced turbinates and outfractured when we had never even discussed that. 2 questions: Will the vomer removal have future issues arrive now that I'm missing most my support? And also is it possible for me to get my turbinate infractured to help resistance/humidity and put the turbinate back more centered so it's not smashed against the maxillary wall?
