26, excessive creasing/crepey skin under eyes when I smile - would lasers/J-Plasma work? (Photos)

Question

I have a lot of creasing under my eye whenever I smile. When my face is neutral it is not present. I have some minor fat pads but am only 26 and don't feel they warrant a blepharoplasty yet. I have tried filler & botox so please don't suggest that. Would lasers or something like jplasma work to tighten the skin? I am really worried about lasers destroying fat in the area but desparately want to do something about it as it makes me look older. Thanks for any help offered.

You may want to look into options such as Morpheus8.  This treatment combines RF technology with microneedling to improve overall skin tone and texture.  It is safe to use under the eyes.  I've included a video I hope you find helpful.

I would suggest something with radiofrequency and micro-needling for that area. The Renuvion will not work well there and you will have lots of swelling from the gas.
