Hello I had a breast a augmentation on May 3 and when I had my staples removed 8 days later my incision opened up. I then had to have it stitched up and had those in for 13 days when they where removed and the incision was still open about an inches dr said it would close on its own and I would come back in a week so that he can look at it I am so afraid it is not going to close I do not smoke and I and am active does this look like it will close on its own or will I have to have implant removed

You need to be examined by your surgeon. Five weeks is too early for capsular contracture. My concern would be a hematoma which needs to be diagnosed by your surgeon. Hopefully the pocket is just smaller on that side or you are having muscle spasm.
