Juvederm and epinephrine: Just had lips enhanced with Juvederm XC.

I have crazy sensitivity to epinephrine. They used the one with lidocaine & I have been a mess since. Crazy anxiety, heart rate around 100, increased BP, today is day 3. How long will this last & how long for epinephrine to metabolize out of my system? I would have expected it to have been gone by now. I also got Dysport injections in my forehead...don't know if it has anything to do with it but am definitely reacting to something & I don't know what

This is not contraindicated with lip fillers. I prefer to use a micro cannula to inject the lips to prevent bruising. Look for a cosmetic dermatologist or plastic surgeon who is an expert in fillers to discuss your desired results and concerns.

Dear Bronzedream2013, It is hard to tell from just a picture to determine how much Juvederm would be appropriate for you. However, I usually tell my patients that it is best to be conservative the first time, as you can always add more if deemed necessary. As far as the weight aspect goes,...

Can facial fillers migrate?

While it's unlikely the filler migrated, you can have it reversed with hyaluronidase. I suggest following up with your injector.

These may be fordyce spots. You may also have swelling which can be typical. Icing and cold compresses may give improvement. I would wait a full 2 weeks before judging the results. If it is after the two week wait, you can have the filler reversed with hyaluronidase. I hope this helps!

I'm sorry you are unhappy with your fillers. Yes, you can have it dissolved. It may take a series of treatments of hyaluronidase to reverse the filler. Hope this helps.
