I have a small case of osteocondritis and i have to take diclofenac every 12 hours for 10 days, but tomorrow i have an apoointment for the fillers, should i cancel? Or it doesnt matter ? thanks!

I think its quite reasonable to start with 1cc/syringe of Juvederm or other filler for the nasolabial folds ; after 2 weeks, if you'd like more, you can always add more. Make sure only a highly trained expert physician injector such as a dermatologist injects you for optimal results and safety.
No, filler is unlikely to migrate, especially months after treatment. I recommend following up with your injector about your concerns. If necessary, the filler can be reversed with hyaluronidase.
These may be fordyce spots. You may also have swelling which can be typical. Icing and cold compresses may give improvement. I would wait a full 2 weeks before judging the results. If it is after the two week wait, you can have the filler reversed with hyaluronidase.
