I just had Deviated Septum and Rhinoplasty surgery last Wednesday. Underneath the tip of my nose on the bottom right side near the Columella and nasal septal cartillage it started scabbing and today the scab peeled off. Now you can see what looks like part of my bone or cartilage showing and looks like a dent of missing skin. Will the skin back heal over where it scabbed off?
