My dream nose is the one that is straight with a very slight slope and to take away the hump and how it sticks out in certain pictures... I hate my profile. Also I'm concerned not knowing if I have thick skin or thin? I'm okay with how the tip looks, I would just like take away the beak look. Thank you! I also added the nose I would like... Is that realistic?

Answer: Rhinoplasty for dorsal hump removal The dorsal hump is composed of both cartilage and bone and can be shaved down in order to give a slight slope to the bridge line. The thickness of the skin in the tip of the nose is only determined at the time of examination and consultation. Computer imaging performed in the office setting would also be helpful to give you an idea what can and cannot be accomplished with the procedure. Rhinoplasty is a difficult endeavor, and one of the most difficult procedures to perform correctly and the entire field of cosmetic surgery, so choose your surgeon very wisely based on extensive experience.
