Hi and thank you for sharing your question here! There is really no option as good as hyaluronic acid fillers to achieve fuller and better defined lips. Botox can help but the results are not as good and last considerably less longer and it might be better to save that money toward a lip injection (which is after all not that expensive). If budget is an issue, I recommend using alternative approaches with make-up and alike until you can do the filler injection with an experienced physician. It is your health and your beauty, so you should never cut corners and never work with someone who is less experienced just to save a bit. I hope it helps and good luck!
Thank you for your question. Botox and fillers are an excellent option for creating greater volume. It is not too early to consult with a board certified facial plastic surgeon to begin learning about your candidacy, and any recommendations for your youth.Best wishes,
These fillers, (Volbella, Restylane, Juvederm) are good to create a symmetrical and full lip. PDO Nova threads can also be used to improve shape and provide lift. Fat or implants are an alternative. Cost will vary due to skill, experience and technique. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer
Thank you for your question. Some fillers that are good to create symmetrical and full lip include Volbella, Restylane and Juvederm. The cost will vary due to the skill, experience and technique of the injector. I recommend having a consultation with an expert injector to discuss your concerns and to determine the best treatment plan for you. Best of Luck!
Hi,Thanks for the question. Please consider some Botox, around 4 to 6 units. Very minimal cost.It will not be as good of the lip filler, but if you are a good candidate, will give you great results.Basically what it does, is to turn your lips out!So this might be an option.See your physician and best of luck :)
Hi, If your budget does not allow for hyaluronic fillers such as Juvederm or Restylane, a little bit of Botox injected at points along your lip line can increase the height of your lips. You should see someone experienced in Botox injections of the lips because too much Botox can affect your mouth movements. A few units of Botox will be cheaper than a filler. Another economical option, which you probably know of, is using a lip liner to create a fuller outline. If you want longer-lasting results semi-permanent tattooing to create a fuller outline is an option. You'll have to look into the cost of the procedure and compare with the cost of a filler such as Juvederm Volbella. Over the counter "lip plumpers" are available that cause mild irritation and swelling of the lips. The results are temporary. Such products may be available at Sephora or on-line. Hope this is helpful.
Thank you for your question. It is very difficult to comment without seeing any photographs. In general, beautiful and natural results can be achieved with hyaluronic acid based dermal fillers when used for lip augmentation. Juvederm Ultra or Volbella would be excellent choices. Please be sure to see an expert injector for an in-person consultation to fully discuss your goals and expectations in order to determine the best treatment plan. Hope this helps and best wishes!
Hi and thank you for your question! In theory we can add more volume and reshape the lips to some degree by skillful injection of hyaluronic acid fillers, and this can increase the length of your lips a little bit. This combined with make-up can help you achieve the look you desire. When it...
Hi and thank you for sharing your question and picture here! No face is 100% symmetrical and that's just part of our natural individual beauty. This being said, most of the asymmetries in the face can be corrected while maintaining a natural look with minimum...
Hi and thank you for your question! One of the advantages of use of hyaluronic acid fillers such as Juvederm is the possibility of further revisions and correction by enzyme injection. In your case if it has been at least 2 weeks since the injection (to ensure there is no residual swelling),...
Thank you for your question. Asymmetrical lips can be improved through lip enhancement through injectables. I suggest that you move forward and consult with a board certified facial plastic surgeon to learn more about your candidacy and the procedure. Best wishes,
Thank you for your question. Thank you for the photo. There are many things one looks for in nice lips, (overall shape, cupid's bow, fullness and enhancement, etc.). This can be done with injectable fillers. Our office likes the Hyaluronic Acid injectables for the lips, (Juvederm Ultra XC,...
Hello,In my experience, a well balanced look is when the lower lip and apex of the chin are aligned. In your case, I believe you would benefit from filler in the chin to create more protrusion and therefore more balance. I suggest starting with a non-permanent filler to make sure you are happy ...
