Hello, thank you for your question. Areolas come in all shapes and sizes, your areolas are in proportion to your breast. However, if you want you can go through a areola reduction, I recommend you to schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon.
Thanks for your question and photos.Areola size is completely subjective. There is no "correct" size. It all comes down to your like or dislike of them. From your pictures they look proportional to the size of your breast. If you do decide that you don't like the appearance of them, there are options. An areola reduction is possible but the trade off is a permenant scar around the edge. Carefully consider the pros and cons before making any decision.Best wishes!
Thank you for your question and the photographs. The areola size is not too large in relation to the overall breast size. The question is do you like the size that they are. You do have nipples that seem retracted. If this is something that also bothers you then nipple eversion can be carried out to help them stick out. The ducts under the nipples pull the nipples inwards which gives them this appearance. Both an areola reduction and nipple eversion procedure can be carried out at the same time. My colleague Mr Rohit Seth and myself carry out these procedures regularly. This involves a local anaesthetic and takes anywhere from 1- 1.5 hours to carry out. You can go home the same day and there is minimal down-time with the surgery.I hope this is helpful for you KR
From the photos, it appears that your areolas are in proportion with your breasts. However, if you desire for them to be reduced in size, this can be performed with an areola reduction. With regard to your nipples becoming erect, everyone’s nipples respond differently to stimuli.
Areola size is of no medical consequence. There is not a correct size and there are no advantages of larger vs smaller areolae. The areolae in the picture appear normal and in proportion to the breast size. I would advise you to avoid surgery to change their size.Best wishes
Thank you for your question. The reason behind your abnormally puffy areolas is a condition known as tuberous breasts. Tuberous breasts are a congenital abnormality that causes constriction of the breast tissue. This constriction of the tissue prevents the breasts from developing properly, and...
