Can i make my nipples less puffy becayse they are huge. I like puffy nipples but mine are repulsing. I also rather not get surgery idk if theres another way. If they can be a little smaller i would like my nipples.
Answer: Is there a way to make my nipples less puffy? Thank you for your question. The reason behind your abnormally puffy areolas is a condition known as tuberous breasts. Tuberous breasts are a congenital abnormality that causes constriction of the breast tissue. This constriction of the tissue prevents the breasts from developing properly, and the result is small, underdeveloped breasts, as well as other noticeable differences from “normal” breasts (including puffy areolas). Unfortunately, the only way to fix tuberous breasts is by undergoing surgery. In the procedure they release the constricted collagen bands in the breasts that are causing the tighter/narrower area. Some patients benefit from a placement of a small implant and possibly reduction of the areola. I think you will be pleased with the results and love your breasts once again! My best advice is to schedule a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon who specializes in breast procedures. They can examine you and offer you options for achieving excellent results. Best of luck!

Answer: Tuberous breasts Dear nippgirl, tuberous breasts are not simply small or underdeveloped breasts. The appearance of the breast can range from mild to severe, and typical traits include: enlarged, puffy areola, rather wide spacing between the breasts, very little breast tissue, sagging, higher than normal inferior breast fold, and narrow base at the chest wall. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Surgical solution Thank you for yor question. Your breasts are a nice shape and contour. As you say, the puffy area is quite apparent. This is more so on the side profile. This is called a constricted or tuberous breast. There are several methods available to address this. The breast tissue underneath is herniating through the areola. This involves surgery to remove the areolar area and reduce it. The underlying area is redraped to add some strength and reduce the hernation. This can be done under local anaesthetic but in this case might be better asa general anaesthetic. It would mean undermining the skin around the nipple to remove any excess and you would end up with a lollipop scar with the circle around your nipple and the perpendicular scar starting at the 6 o clock margin of the nipple. If there was not a great degree of skin laxity then a doughnut incision is possible to remov ethe extra areolar tisse. I hope this is helpful for youKR

Answer: Puffy areolas Your areolas are puffy because you have mildly tuberous breasts where some of the breast tissue is being pushed out through them. Surgery is the only way to correct this with a scar around the areola to reduce the size.

Answer: Less puffy nipples! Dear nippgirl, yes there is! Unfortunately it involves surgery. Your nipples are actually normal, what is puffy is your areolas. What is happening is that the areolar skin is much weaker than your breast skin so the glandular tissue of your breasts pops out into the areolar skin making them so prominent. That is part of what is known as constricted breasts. Your breasts are nicely shaped and pretty but the areolar feature is not of your liking. The way I know to correct this is to reduce the diameter of your areolas via a donut reduction. In doing that there will be less of an opening for the breast tissue to protrude into the areola. The scar will be a ring at the very edge of the areola and therefore concealed by the color transition. Hope this helps.
