Hello! One side of my Face has that rather hollow cheek look which i really like, while the other is more chubby. I know i surely have some bony asymmetry as well, which is okay for me but i would like to archieve this more hollow cheek look on the other side as well. Would unilateral buccal fat removal make sense? I already have low body fat, 11-12%. Would i be a good candidate for buccal fat removal or would you not recommend? Thank you!

Answer: Candidate for Buccal Fat Removal with Asymmetrical cheeks.
Hello, hope you're doing well. Buccal fat removal would be a great option for you. It's an easy in-office procedure with little downtime. Rather than liposuction, you may instead consider RF lipocontouring (FaceTite is my preferred modality).
