Pre Jowl, mouth area fat sagging help - I'd like to lift and "V shape" my face without filler. (photo)

31 yo with chubby cheeks from young age, healthy bmi, now sagging. I do not want filler or Botox. I've had morpheous8 sessions and my skin surface feels great but that's about it. Is mini facelift with buccal fat removal appropriate? Kybella injected into jowls? I What about sofwave?
