Female, 5’5, 130pds 33 years old Hey, I’m considering Buccal fat removal, i notice a lot of people mentioning it can make someone look older since the lower cheek fat holds up the upper cheek fat and i have weak cheek bones (from what I believe). Hello, hope you're doing well. Buccal fat removal would be a great option for you. It's an easy in-office procedure with little downtime. Rather than liposuction, you may instead consider RF lipocontouring (FaceTite is my preferred modality).
