Should I request a tummy tuck revision? (photos)

Question

I had surgery July 26. Tummy tuck bbl and lipo 360. I have since gained about 11 lbs due to returning to work.. I’m Planning on losing it but I’m not happy with my results. I have hip dips, not much but, and a very uneven tummy tuck scar. I had a seroma and infection that’s why it looks uneven I believe… can I request revision? I don’t want to insult him but I spent $15,080 on this procedure

It's difficult to tell without seeing before photos but it appears your tummy tuck results are acceptable.  Maybe something to address the scar, but it takes a year or so for the scars to fully mature.  I would begin with the weight loss as it appears most of the excess abdominal skin has been removed and the visceral fat is the main issue.  Visceral fat is the fat around the organs and behind the muscle wall, therefore it cannot be addressed during a tummy tuck or with liposuction.

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.
