It's difficult to tell without seeing before photos but it appears your tummy tuck results are acceptable. Maybe something to address the scar, but it takes a year or so for the scars to fully mature. I would begin with the weight loss as it appears most of the excess abdominal skin has been removed and the visceral fat is the main issue. Visceral fat is the fat around the organs and behind the muscle wall, therefore it cannot be addressed during a tummy tuck or with liposuction.
