Thank you for your question. No, Restylane will not have a long-term effect on your cartilage. Restylane in the nose can last up to a year. As Restylane is hyaluronic acid filler it can be dissolved with hyaluronidase if unhappy with the results. I recommend having a follow up with your injector...
