Also one side appear to be dropping down and in even not sure if this is filler mistake or because of the bruise and swelling ?! please take a look on the pictures and tell me if the un even side is due to bruise and swelling or I need to add more filler

Answer: Restylane for the lips Lip fillers can cause a lot of swelling and temporary side effects, so don't worry about your final result at this point. It is normal for them to be firm and asymmetric at two days out. This could last for another 2-7 days, depending on the person and the amount of bruising. I ask patients to wait 10-14 days before re-assessing their lips. It looks like you got a bruise and this can cause swelling that lasts longer and can make the lip look abnormal. It should even out and look great in a few more days. Hang in there! I hope you love your new lips. We get great results from Restylane products in the lip, and it's one of my favorite procedures.
